USA Track and Field Certified Coach to guide and educate participants on all aspect of training including:
· Speed sessions
· Interval work
· Long runs
· Flexibility/stretching
· Strength training
· Nutrition
Groups meet Saturday mornings (time TBA) beginning in April 2009
Coach Paul Curtis-
Paul is a USA Track and Field Certified Coach and qualified Wharton Stretching Technician. Paul has 15 years experience in training and racing over 800m, 1 mile, 5000m and marathon. He takes both private and group training sessions for all ages and abilities.
Participation is Free for Saturday sessions and may include free educational materials, stretching ropes and discounted race entry.
